As many of you know, my mom and I are currently working on finding a retail spot for our cupcake business. We are having a difficult time finding a spot in the Thousand Oaks area that is  highly visible and about 1200-1600 square feet. If you see anything for lease that you feel an extremely cute cupcake shop would do well in PLEASE let me know! 

This is not true of OUR cupcakes, but I thought this was funny!
